The payment scheduled for school fees will be as follows:
Termly Billing: fees are invoiced by Term
Registration Fee for 2019/2020: payment due by February 1st, 2019(once the registration process has been completed the Term I fees are also payable).
Term I Fees: payment due by July 1st, 2019
Term II Fees: payment due by December 1st, 2019
Term III Fees: payment due by April 1st, 2020

Once the registration process has been completed, the student is deemed to be enrolled in the school. If for any reason the student does not attend, the registration fee is not refundable and Term I fees are still payable. The school needs a one term warning for student’s withdrawal or the respective fees will still be due.
All amounts must be received by the school net of all bank charges.

Registration 2019/2020: deadline, February 1st 2019; Term I: June 1st 2019; Term II: November 1st 2019; Term III: March 1st 2020.
Termly fees are payable within thirty days of the date of invoice.
Legal taxes (4%) to be applied.
Further delay in payments may result in suspension of services.

If fees are not paid according to schedule, all discounts will be annulled. Non payment of fees and fines involves retainment of reports and exam results for all members of the family or employer.
The School has its own bus routes, from Cascais, Estoril and the Lisbon area. In the morning, buses will arrive in school between 8.00am and 8.10am. In the afternoon buses will leave at 4:00pm and 5:30pm (to allow students to participate in after-school activities).
Transportation will be invoiced PER TERM: 750€ for two ways and 450€ for one way. 10€ occasional trip
